Taj Track is the official employee attendance and field operations app by Taj Gasoline Pvt Ltd. Designed for employees, field staff, and authorized personnel, Taj Track streamlines daily attendance marking, site visit tracking, and GPS-based location management across all Taj Gasoline fuel stations.

KEY FEATURES

• Mark Attendance – Check in and check out at your assigned fuel station with GPS verification and a selfie for identity confirmation.

• Mark Visits – Record visits to multiple sites throughout the day, with location and time tracking for each stop.

• My Locations – View your complete list of assigned locations with address details, marking status, and the ability to open directions in Google Maps.

• Mark Location – Authorized personnel can register GPS coordinates for fuel station sites directly from the field.

• Itinerary Awareness – The app checks your daily itinerary and prompts you to provide a reason when marking attendance at a location not scheduled for the day, ensuring accountability and transparency.

• Interactive Map – Visualize all your assigned locations on a map to plan routes and verify site positions.

WORKS OFFLINE

Taj Track is built with an offline-first approach. If you're in an area with poor or no connectivity, your attendance entries, visit records, and location markings are saved securely on your device. When internet access is restored, all pending data syncs automatically with the server. You'll always see your pending sync count on the dashboard.

SMART SITE DETECTION

When marking attendance or a visit, the app automatically detects which assigned site you are currently at based on your GPS position and each site's configured radius. This ensures accurate and hassle-free attendance recording without manual site selection.

SECURE & RELIABLE

All communication between the app and server is encrypted. Employee authentication is token-based, and locally stored data is kept within the app's sandboxed storage. Selfie images are saved to a permanent directory so they remain valid even if the app restarts before syncing.

DASHBOARD AT A GLANCE

The dashboard provides a quick overview of your profile, pending sync status, and one-tap access to all features. When online, your profile and assignments are refreshed automatically. A manual sync button lets you push pending records whenever you're ready.
