About this app

TaskBit HR runs the working week for shift-based teams: the rota, who actually
turned up, what that becomes on a timesheet, and what it pays — in one app your
frontline will actually open.

Built for hospitality, care, retail, security, cleaning and facilities,
logistics and staffing agencies. Businesses where most people work shifts and
very few sit at a desk.

IF YOU WORK THE SHIFTS
• See your rota the moment it is published, and accept or decline what you are offered
• Clock in and out on site, checked against that location's geofence
• No signal? Clock events queue on the device and sync when it comes back
• Check your leave balance, request time off, and see the decision
• Open your payslips period by period and download the PDF
• Read and acknowledge contracts, policies and certificates
• Claim expenses and mileage, receipt photo and all

ONE TRAIL, NO RE-KEYING
Rota to attendance to timesheet to pay is a single chain here. The hours a
manager approves are the hours that get paid, and nobody retypes a week into a
spreadsheet in between.

ABOUT LOCATION
Location is read at the moment someone clocks in or out, to confirm they are at
the site they are rostered to. TaskBit does not follow anyone between punches
and never reads location in the background. Clocking still works without a fix —
the punch is simply recorded as unverified.

ABOUT PAY
TaskBit calculates pay and produces payslips. It is not HMRC-recognised payroll
software: it does not file RTI, P45s or P60s with HMRC.
