Taskpile remembers, so you can let go.

Capture a task or an idea the second it lands. It is safe in Taskpile, so you can stop holding it in your head. Each morning a two-minute review turns the pile into one clear day.

CAPTURE IN A SECOND
• Type it, say it, or forward an email to your personal inbox address. It lands in one inbox, with no fields to fill in.
• Add #project and @tag as you type, and the task files itself.
• Long-press the app icon for Add task, Today or Inbox.

SORT IT IN TWO MINUTES
• The daily review walks your inbox one task at a time.
• One choice per task: today, a later day, hand it off, or drop it.
• That is all the planning there is.

WORK ONE CLEAR LIST
• Today shows only what you picked for today. Everything else waits for its day.
• The board shows every horizon at a glance: today, tomorrow, next week, someday.
• Reminders at the time you choose, and a morning summary when the day starts.

FOCUS
• A built-in 25-minute focus timer with breaks, one tap from the top of every page.

TOGETHER
• Share a project with the people you do it with. Invitations are private.

WORKS WITH YOUR AI ASSISTANT
• Connect Claude, ChatGPT or another AI assistant through MCP and ask it to add, find or sort your tasks. No AI reads your tasks unless you connect one yourself.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• Your tasks are stored in the EU.
• Sign in with Google, Apple, a password or an emailed code.
• Delete your account at any time in Settings.

Your pile is the same everywhere: on your phone and at taskpile.app in any browser.

What’s new

On tablets and laptops the app now fills the screen and turns with the device. Links to your account page and to pricing open in your browser. The start screen is dark in dark mode. And it starts calmly: the logo stays put and your home screen no longer shows through.
