About this game

What happens when you offer an anomaly an ordinary object? Or change the light in its room? Enter SCP: Containment Lab and find out. Previously known as SCP Clicker.

Run a secret research facility in a 2D incremental game built around experiments, unsettling discoveries and the strange personalities of 60 SCPs. Meet familiar anomalies such as SCP-999, SCP-173, SCP-049 and SCP-096, then descend through five sectors to discover what waits below.

EXPERIMENT WITH THE UNKNOWN
Unlock three access levels for each SCP, revealing new artwork, dossier entries and ways to interact. Observe reactions to light, darkness, ultraviolet light, infrared, heat and cold. At Access 3, open the object bench: choose supplies from a shared inventory and watch what happens. An SCP may accept, ignore, destroy or return an object changed beyond recognition.

LISTEN. OBSERVE. DISCOVER.
Listen to containment rooms filled with atmospheric sound, strange movement and rare SCP-specific events. Optional sound and motion experiments use your device's microphone and movement sensors where supported. Quiet observation can reveal something too. Collect discoveries and research reports in the archive, and return to listen to unlocked recordings.

KEEP THE SITE UNDER CONTROL
Play short containment protocols tailored to the selected SCP and its access level. Respond to incidents with interactive 2D scenes: handle leaks, restore systems, redirect anomalies and uncover the results in incident records. Assistance and pause options let you approach challenges at your own pace.

BUILD YOUR RESEARCH FACILITY
Generate data through taps and continuous production. Invest in upgrades, complete missions and expand your research network to reach deeper sectors. Return to collect up to eight hours of offline production. Activate Overdrive for a temporary burst of activity.

A LIVING ANOMALY ARCHIVE
Explore 60 SCPs with 180 illustrations, increasingly detailed dossiers, experiment records and themed sound design. From curious and playful to disturbing and dangerous, every containment room has its own personality.

Designed for portrait play, with adaptive layouts for phones and larger screens. Interface and written records are available in English and Brazilian Portuguese; recorded voices are not localized.

The game includes optional rewarded ads and in-app credit purchases. Ads can grant rewards, activate boosts or reset eligible cooldowns. Progress is stored on your device; uninstalling removes local progress. Microphone and motion experiments are optional, and availability depends on your device.
