Tend helps you step away from distracting apps and build healthier screen habits.

Start a 12-hour Tend session and earn in-app TEND rewards while you stay away from apps that pull you into scrolling. If you use a selected burn app, Tend keeps your session running but adjusts your live net rate using the current burn rules.

With Tend, you can:

- Track your live TEND balance
- See your current earning and burn rates
- Follow your daily mined and burned activity
- Build streaks and unlock achievements
- Choose protected apps and understand burn impact
- Receive important Tend updates in the app

Tend uses Android Usage Access only to detect app activity timing needed for earning and burn calculations. Tend does not read messages, photos, contacts, passwords, typed content, screen content, or content inside other apps.

When a Tend session is active, a visible foreground notification is shown so Android and the user know tracking is running. Sessions can be stopped at any time.

Prototype TEND rewards have no monetary value. They cannot be purchased, sold, exchanged, transferred, or treated as an investment. Reward rules and token plans may evolve as the Tend network grows.
