I should have read the reviews first. I paid for the year plan. tried making a video on 4 seperate occasions. keep getting an error saying they were unable to make the video. tried chatting, they said they are t capable of doing what I asked., then they said the image was too big, keep asking me to try again, then give me an error reading. and for every try it took credits. now the app isn't evening opening.

can't even create a simple video or respond correctly

I spent time writing a detailed, creative prompt – But the app just… doesn't work. I've tried for seven full days. Different times of day. Different Wi-Fi networks. Shorter prompts. Longer prompts. Even restarted my phone. Every single time? The same error: "Failed to generate video. Please try again." it's a scam. They take your money, give you nothing but error messages, and probably hope you'll just give up and go away. I'm No video. No explanation. No refund
