The app is good, but the customer care service is complete nonsense. There is no answer to any question. Just new updates keep going, which causes financial loss to the users.

setup fails because the swap option they have removed from application I don't know but now how people will withdraw their amount from it. 🥺🙄🙄😏 Bad idea ever

This is slow and harrasment and swipe is not work 4 month this is totally harrasment work app and the soilverse not satisfied very poor experience It's been 4 months since your technical issue is still there, this problem is still there or my senior is giving me money instead of ecash but I am not able to guide you properly or why are you swiping it and it seems that now you are absolutely not poor. experience swipe issue
