bad app. buggy. not enough info at the start or on pop up windows to explain what will be required for each section prior to starting. if you skip a step it's forever cancelled, unlike all other form filling apps, and they don't bother to inform you of this, unlike all other form filling apps. could benefit from some instructions prior to starting about what is required, for example; if you don't have a passport there is an option to use a driving licence. so frustrating.

Easy to use but very annoying. I'm away from home for a week so I have no way to take a photo of my passport. I don't need nor want a daily reminder about it. I know it is incomplete. I know it is an important requirement. I don't need support numbers. I physically can do nothing about it until I get home

It's a nightmare if you're not technically savvy. The solicitors already have all thats being asked for. This is just an unnecessary duplicitous money making scheme that's treating us like criminals with no reason. It wants more information than you'd give for a digital ID card. World's gone mad.Now I'm being asked to rate adds within the app. Do they have no shame?
