1. Camera after pressing the button starts focusing and takes a picture in the middle of focusing, then it complains about photo being blurry, no way to take a not blurry photo even with a tripod. 2. Limit on 2MB for pdfs, what am I suppose to do if it is 22MB from Thames Water? Maybe you need to introduce a compression there instead of complaining.

This app would be a lot more convenient if there was at least the option of using a PC or laptop for all the text entry. The first authorisation text failed to arrive after 15 minutes, the next one arrived straight away. The screen for entering my name has a load of blank space between the text entry boxes making me think each name was entering each name as a separate form. That's as far as I've got with the app so far, don't know why I'm being asked to review it in the middle of the process.

Nightmare at the outset, better later. fields jump all over the place when you're trying to fill them in, most frequently hiding behind the keyboard. the "Next" button always hides too. Need to be remade with a proper responsive interface. After initial issues and badly posed questions it got a bit better, although it took 10 attempts to accept my passport was real so that element probably needs work. Wish I didn't have to download an app for this process either and that I could use a website.
