You can't save some information and come back to complete later; everyone has to be done in one go, which is very awkward when your relying on information on mortgages/ deposits from other parties. Would be much simpler and easier to send the relevant info to the solicitor directly, as and when you have it. Not everything should be an app!

I found using the app to be extremely frustrating. My main complaint is that when I skipped a task to see what documents I would need for other tasks, I was not allowed to go back to complete the tasks later. The support bot that I asked for assistance just said it was not possible to go back. The app seems to be missing really basic functionality.

Hi, thank you for your feedback. Apologies for any frustration caused here. I have fed this back to our product team. If needed, at the very end of the app there will be a section that says 'Upload Optional Documents'. There you can upload any extra pictures or PDF's that need to be shared. Kind Regards, Thirdfort.

It hides future tasks until you've completed (and locked for editing) previous tasks, so if you upload the wrong docs to a section e.g.'Upload proof of savings' is actually your payslips, then you can't fix it. You also can't view/preview the files you've uploaded, and it seems to rename them once uploaded. This means you really need to concentrate while uploading, or you can forget the last one you just uploaded... easy to do when you need 12 payslips. Have 20 payslips just in case then...
