Dreadful app. Full of bugs to the point where it's unusable. It has taken me over a week of trying every day to get my files uploaded and still I have not managed it. There are repeated errors telling you to try again later before you've even started selecting documents. Chatbot is completely pointless. Support team were also no help thanks to a useless inbuilt chat feature that makes it impossible to stay in a conversation. Going to physically drive all my forms to the solicitors.

Doesn't work. First go it looked like it had uploaded docs then failed to submit them with no reason given. Second go that worked, but when trying to enter text I get no cursor or keyboard. My solicitor told me it would take a few minutes to complete this, seems like that's a sales pitch Thirdfort have failed to deliver. The chatbot suggestions didn't work and the support team are only available when I'm at work. Have emailed them but judging by other reviews I'm not holding out much hope.

Dreadful. Thinking of pulling out of my conveyor because if it. Doesn't allow the bulk upload of documents and erases the names of the files. I have 31 files to upload and it'll take me ages. And as it turns the filenames into a random string of letters and numbers I have no way of verifying what I've uploaded. How on earth does this have 4.4‽
