About this app
Ticketbay Check-in is the operational application for authorized teams to perform access control at events managed by the Ticketbay platform.
With the application, operators can:
• Log in with an authorized Ticketbay account;
• Select the event and access control;
• Scan tickets via QR Code;
• Consult participants and perform manual check-in;
• Identify valid, duplicate, missing, or denied access tickets;
• Track participants, tickets, and registrants.
The application requires an internet connection and an account with operational permission for the event. Accounts are created and managed outside the application by the responsible organization.
The camera is used exclusively for reading QR Codes. The application does not save photos or videos captured by the camera.
