Tickface turns your lock screen into a watch that runs. Not a picture of a watch, and not an always-on display: a live wallpaper on your real lock screen, with hands sweeping the second, dot panels lighting up and drums rolling over at the minute.

WAKE SCREEN
Want the watch to have the whole screen? Set any design as your wake screen and it covers your lock screen the moment you wake your phone. Double tap or swipe it away to reach your lock screen underneath, and remove it from the watch's page whenever you like.
A GROWING LIBRARY, IN FOUR KINDS
WATCHES: wristwatches drawn as real objects, in brushed steel, forged metal, matte ceramic, canvas and mesh. Three differently coloured hands on the analog ones, and digital models with dot-matrix and seven-segment panels.
CLOCKS: a wall clock, a desk LED clock that shows the weather, the day and the date, and a wooden drum clock whose numbers roll over as the minute turns.
FULL SCREEN: designs where the whole wallpaper is the clock: a field of dots, a terminal printing the time, a grid of letters that spells it out, and old desktops with the time in their windows.
MUSIC: a record player and a pixel-art cassette that show what your phone is playing. The album art lands on the label, the reels turn while the song plays, and the song's name sits underneath. Works with any music app that shows media controls.
MAKE IT YOURS
Every design comes in five colour sets (Halo, Bone, Ember, Slate and Moss) that recolour the case, the dial, the hands and the ground behind them. Pick a still gradient or a backdrop that drifts slowly behind the watch, including pure black for AMOLED screens. Show or hide seconds, and choose 12 or 24-hour time.
FREE AND PAID
Plenty of designs are free for good. The rest are one-time purchases, and you can preview every one of them in full, every colour set and every backdrop, before deciding. New designs arrive every few weeks. Buy once and it is yours on any phone signed in to your Google account. No subscriptions.
