About this app

An invitation link or an invitation QR code is required to use digital time recording via the zeitbox app. You will receive this from your employer. The use of the time recording for employees is free of charge as long as the company has a valid zeitbox license!

With the zeitbox app you can easily check in and out. Depending on employee authorization, time recordings can be corrected quickly. It is therefore not a problem if, in the stress of everyday life, you have checked in or out for a break too late or too early, or realize on the way home that you have completely forgotten to check out.

The following control mechanisms are integrated in zeitbox so that the following is documented in a traceable manner at all times: -Who corrected what and when. This does not affect everyday life, but the law is satisfied.
• All working hours are recorded in real time.
• Working time data is backed up in a central database and
protected against unauthorized access.
• If the entered working time data is changed, a visible and complete change log is automatically created.
• A comprehensive authorization concept regulates which employees are allowed to edit the employee master data and the associated working time data.
