Every workplace is different. That is why TimeTic offers four ways to clock in:
• QR code: print a sticker and place it on the wall or at the counter. Employees scan it with their phone and are clocked in — no app, no account.
• PIN code on tablet: one shared tablet at the entrance. Each employee has their own PIN code.
• Mobile app: for employees with their own smartphone and email address. Fully self-service.
• Web app: works on any device through the browser, without installation.
The employer chooses what fits their workplace. You can also combine methods.
LIVE OVERVIEW
Know at any moment who is working, who is on a break, and who is absent. The dashboard shows the full team status in real time. Useful when you manage multiple locations or are not always on site.
BREAKS AND WORKING HOURS
Break times are automatically tracked in line with Belgian labour law. Start and stop times are recorded accurately. Everything is visible per employee, per day, per week, and per month.
GPS VERIFICATION
Optional per work location: the app records the geolocation when employees clock in. This helps you verify that employees are actually at the right location when they start working.
CORRECTIONS AND AUDIT LOG
Made a mistake? No problem. Every correction is stored with date, time, and reason. The full audit log is available to the employer and ready for inspection by the social inspectorate.
