Ratings and reviews

This app is absolute junk. It crashes, freezes, and struggles just to connect and when it finally does, the phone barely works. The FAQs are terrible and provide no solutions. We ended up with frustrated adults and disappointed kids. This product promises fun and delivers nothing but tears. Do not recommend.

We are really struggling to get connected and logged in. the app is very unresponsive. I cannot get customer service to answer any of my texts (their preferred method). We are so disappointed. I have a 9 year old wanting to call her friends and anxiously waiting

The service and phone are really good. The app has various bugs I'd like to see fixed. Searching contacts will not always find everyone. The call log doesn't paginate, it just cuts off even though there are more records. Sometimes it has problems loading and I have to clear app cache.
