About this app

TinyPlate is the meal-planning app for parents of babies and toddlers, built around the thing that matters most at this age: keeping food safe.

WEEKLY PLANS, PERSONALIZED
Tap "Plan my week" and get four meals a day, age-appropriate for your child's exact stage from readiness at 3 months through 5 years (solids around 6 months when ready). Plans are generated from a recipe library that has been pre-validated for safety, never invented from thin air. Recipes lean on what is already in your pantry, skip anything your child recently refused, and rotate cuisines so you are not serving the same thing seven days running.

TOP-9 ALLERGEN TRACKING
Log every introduction with a tap. Tolerated, reacted, untried. TinyPlate keeps a clear record of where your child stands on the FASTER Act top-9: peanut, milk, egg, tree nuts, wheat, soy, fish, shellfish, and sesame. Logging a reaction schedules a 24-hour follow-up reminder so the check-in does not get lost in a hard day.

IS IT SAFE? SEARCH
Type any food or additive. Honey, raw fish, blue 1, cow's milk. See whether it is safe at your child's age, why, and where the guidance comes from. More than 275 foods cross-checked against AAP, CDC, FDA, USDA Dietary Guidelines, EFSA, and Solid Starts. No more midnight searching while holding a baby.

CHOKING-HAZARD GUIDANCE
Foods are flagged by age with the modification that makes them safer. Whole blueberries halved, grapes quartered, nut butters thinned. The guidance is attached to the recipe you are actually cooking, not buried in an article.

PANTRY-AWARE GROCERY LIST
The pantry tab shows what you have, what this week's plan still needs, and what you can swap in. Items group by aisle while you shop. Tap to mark them bought.

WHAT MAKES TINYPLATE DIFFERENT
Most baby-food apps are a recipe library with a search box. TinyPlate is built around your child's profile: age, known allergies, recent reactions, and what is in your kitchen. Recipes are validated for safety on the server. The planner only ever assigns existing, already-checked recipes to slots. It does not invent food.

WHO IT IS FOR
Parents and caregivers of children from 3 months to 5 years: readiness and education from 3 months, solids around 6 months when ready, through age 5. Starting solids, working through allergen introductions, or just tired of deciding what to cook every single day. Whether you are doing baby-led weaning, purees, or some combination nobody has a name for.

ON IPHONE, ANDROID, AND WEB
TinyPlate is on iPhone, Android, and the web.

SUBSCRIPTION
TinyPlate is free to try. A subscription unlocks unlimited AI weekly plans and the full recipe library. Prices are shown in the app before you commit, and you can cancel anytime in Google Play.

IMPORTANT
TinyPlate provides general food-safety information and is not medical advice. It does not diagnose or treat allergies. Always follow the guidance of your pediatrician, especially if your child has a diagnosed food allergy or a history of reactions.
