TIRpark replaces the paper log and the cash box at attended truck parking facilities. Every truck is logged with a timestamped photo, days are billed automatically, and every payment is tied to the attendant who took it — so the books finally match the cash box, and you see your yard live from anywhere. KEY FEATURES

1. Photo check-in with automatic plate recognition
The attendant picks the equipment type — semi truck, bobtail, trailer, chassis, container — and aims the camera. The photo fires on its own when a plate is in frame, and the number is recognized automatically. Check-in takes seconds, and every entry has photo proof.

2. Cash control and staff accountability
Each attendant works under a personal PIN. Every payment, cash or card, is recorded against the person who took it, with shift totals and a full audit trail. No off-the-books cash, no shift handover disputes.

3. Sliding 24-hour billing and debt tracking
A day counts from the moment the truck arrives, not from midnight. The app tracks accrued vs. paid days per vehicle, flags debtors, and applies your rules automatically: rates by vehicle type, grace periods for quick stops, free re-entry windows, free parking for listed hosts.

4. Patrol mode
Walk the lot and re-photograph standing vehicles to catch trucks that were never checked in or carry unpaid debt — with a forecast of who will owe later in the day.

5. True offline-first
Built for remote highway lots with weak signal. Check-ins, photos, and payments queue on the phone and sync in the background the moment the connection returns. The gate never waits on the network.
