• Availability — players RSVP from their phone. Waitlist auto-handles overspill. The schedule lives where the group already looks.
• Fair teams — rating-balanced auto-picker. Swap players manually if you want. Team strength diff and win probability are visible, so no more stitch-up accusations.
• Payments — per-game splits or monthly subscription. Lock the late payers out of the next game, or don't. Stripe processes the cards.
• Stats — Group Rating evolves with every result. Hall of Fame tracks the records that matter. Share cards the group will actually send.
