Tovio is the modern solution for travel expense accounting and time tracking in Austrian companies.
TRAVEL EXPENSES
• Create trips — domestic, international, multi-day, with stops
• Automatically calculate flat rates according to Austrian law
• Capture receipts via photo; optical character recognition (OCR) extracts amounts
• Mileage allowance with vehicle management and cost centers
• Multi-stop trips with stopovers
• Export to BMD, DATEV, RZL, SAP, and other formats

WHO IS IT FOR?
Tovio is used by companies for their employees. Registration is done by the administrator at tovio.app. Employees receive an invitation via email and use the app to record their travel, receipts, and working hours.
