About this app

With the app version of "TRANSPARENTA-Online", our insured persons can access their personal insured person account directly and independently, carry out simulations and queries and exchange encrypted messages and documents with TRANSPARENTA.

The following functions are available to you
• Various simulations such as
- Effects of a change in wages/degree of employment
- Effects of a voluntary purchase
- Effects of an early withdrawal for home ownership
- Effects of an adjustment of the projected interest rate
- Calculation of termination benefits
- Calculation of expected retirement benefits in the event of full retirement
- Calculation of expected retirement benefits in the event of partial retirement
• Download the pension certificate (as of today or later in the current year)
• View of the development of the retirement savings and the contribution account
• Secure transmission of text messages and documents to the office

First time registration
The information required for registration (13-digit social security number (SV number) and the activation code) can be found on your pension certificate. Either the SV no. or the e-mail address can be used.
After initial activation, you will need your user name, your personal password and a security code that is valid for a limited period of time, which is generated either with an authenticator app (e.g. Google or Microsoft) or via SMS.
