Tudutu: To-Do List & Calendar

Tudutu

About this app

Tudutu is a to-do list and calendar in one place, for getting things out of your head and knowing what to do next.

ADD ANYTHING, DECIDE LATER
The moment something comes to mind, add it: a few words, a photo, a recording, a link, a file. It waits in your In-tray until you have a minute to decide what it is. Share to Tudutu from any other app, or add from a widget.

SEE ONLY WHAT YOU CAN DO
Your To-do list shows what you've decided to do and can act on now, not everything you've ever written down. What's for later stays out of the way until it's time.

YOUR DAY, ON ONE CALENDAR
Give something a time and it's on your Calendar, with how long you have free between one thing and the next. Tell Tudutu when you sleep and eat, and it shows the time you really have.

REMINDED WHEN IT MATTERS
A summary each morning of what's on today, what's overdue and what's waiting. Reminders at the time you choose, and deadlines before they pass. Things that repeat come back on their own.

IN THE RIGHT PLACE
Say where something needs doing: at home, at work, at the shops. Then see what there is to do there.

WAITING ON SOMEONE
Note who you're waiting on, and message them from the Tudu.

EVERYWHERE YOU ARE
On Android, iPhone and in a browser at app.tudutu.com. What you put in on one is on the others. Sign in with Google, Apple or Microsoft.

YOURS, AND PRIVATE
No adverts, no trackers, no analytics. What you put in is kept so it can be shown to you, and for nothing else. Hide a sensitive item behind your screen lock. Delete your account and everything in it yourself, at once, from Settings.

MADE TO BE READ
Light or dark, and a choice of fonts, including Atkinson Hyperlegible and OpenDyslexic.
