I’m impressed. The app has a clean UI, and booking tickets is easy. It offers great features, such as exporting train tickets to your calendar. However, Google Pay doesn’t work, so I had to use a credit card instead. Payment details also aren’t saved, which means you have to re-enter them for future purchases.

Installed and used it on a daily basis. Worked fine for a few weeks and then got logged out. Impossible to log back in (invalid email or password, even though, both were correct), impossible to change password. Left it alone for a month and decided to try log in - impossible, same problems as before. Tried changing the password again - impossible. Tried even creating a new account - impossible. Lost all the loyalty points. Waste of time and effort. Worthless app, unreliable.

You have relog to your account quite frequently, when logging in the username and password fields are not marked as such so you can't use any password managers, paying for a ticket involves too many unnecessary steps and it doesn't remember your last payment details. Seems like they want to encourage users to not use the app and use other means of buying, ie. buying through Google map where it's much more convenient to buy tickets.
