I’m impressed. The app has a clean UI, and booking tickets is easy. It offers great features, such as exporting train tickets to your calendar. However, Google Pay doesn’t work, so I had to use a credit card instead. Payment details also aren’t saved, which means you have to re-enter them for future purchases.

Overall it's a good app, with a nice and clean UI. I have been using this app frequently for about 3 years and noticed one main downfall - it's now impossible to access purchased tickets offline. I hope this function will be brought back in the future because it was very convenient.

Worst experience I've ever had on a train. They almost threw me out of the train just because I had upgraded to an earlier train (more expensive), but then mixed them up due to no clear signs. So I ended up paying more than double, they clearly understood the situation, but acted like empty brain robots.
