About this app

Your customer's order, delivered — and you don't pay until it arrives.

If you sell on Instagram, on WhatsApp or from a shop, you know the routine.
Find a rider. Explain the address three times. Pay upfront. Then spend the
afternoon answering "where is my order?"

Twale replaces all of it.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Enter the pickup and the delivery details
2. See the price before you book — nothing to negotiate
3. A verified driver is matched and collects
4. Your customer gets a tracking link and a collection code
5. The driver is paid once delivery is confirmed — not before

YOUR CUSTOMER STAYS YOUR CUSTOMER

Drivers never see your business name, your customer's name, or their phone
number. They get where to collect and where to drop, and nothing else.
Nobody can go around you to deal with your customer directly.

WHY BUSINESSES USE TWALE

• Pay on delivery, not before. Your money is held safely until the package
arrives. A delivery that fails is a delivery you don't pay for.
• Your customer tracks it themselves. They stop calling you.
• Proof of delivery on every order. "I never received it" stops being an
argument you can't win.
• Verified drivers only — NIN, BVN, liveness check, vehicle details and a
guarantor, every single one.
• The price is fixed before you book.

INTERSTATE WITHOUT THE BUS PARK

Sending to Abuja, Ibadan or Benin? Twale matches your package with a
verified driver already making that journey. You see when it leaves,
roughly where it is, and when it arrives — instead of handing it to a
stranger at a park and hoping.

BUILT FOR HOW NIGERIA ACTUALLY WORKS

• Landmark directions, because an address line is rarely enough
• No printing, no labels to make, nothing to collect from an office
• Light on data

WHERE WE OPERATE

Lagos, Abuja and Ibadan, with interstate corridors between them. More
states coming.

"Twale" is a Yoruba greeting of respect — the word you use when you
acknowledge someone properly. That's how we treat the things people
trust us to move.

Download Twale and send your next order with proof at both ends.
