Declara automates your monthly tax return to the DGII (Dominican Republic's tax authority).
HOW IT WORKS
Simply photograph your invoices with your camera or upload them as PDFs. Artificial intelligence automatically extracts the RNC (Taxpayer Identification Number), NCF (Tax Credit Number), date, ITBIS (Value Added Tax), and amounts—without any manual input.
FORMS GENERATED
- 606 — Purchases from Dominican suppliers
- 607 — Sales issued to your clients
- 609 — Payments to foreign suppliers (Anthropic, DigitalOcean, Shopify, and others)
Declara generates TXT files ready to upload directly to the DGII's Virtual Office, in the required official format.
AUTOMATIC VALIDATION
Before exporting, Declara checks that your NCFs are in the correct format, that the calculated ITBIS is consistent, and detects any missing invoices in your billing sequence—so you won't have any surprises with the DGII.
INVOICE CANCELLATION
Was an issued invoice never paid or was it canceled? Mark it as canceled and Declara will automatically generate the canceled NCF report.
ACCOUNTANT PANEL
Are you an accountant or do you manage the accounting for several businesses? The Accountant plan allows you to manage up to 15 clients from a single panel, with separate reports for each one.
GOOGLE DRIVE
Connect your Google Drive account and your exported files are automatically saved in the folder of your choice.
