Vantiro is how small and mid-sized companies keep track of working hours — without paper logs, without spreadsheets, and without arguments at the end of the month.
GPS ATTENDANCE
Your team checks in from their phone. Vantiro verifies they are actually at the work site, inside the radius you set. Check-out can happen anywhere. If someone forgets to clock out, the system closes the day for them based on their shift length.
LEAVE, WITHOUT THE PAPERWORK
Employees request leave from their phone, attach a doctor's note when the leave type requires one, and sign with a finger. You approve or decline with one tap. The annual balance is worked out for you — paid and unpaid days are split automatically.
A CALENDAR THAT ACTUALLY HELPS
Public holidays for your country, your team's approved leave, and work appointments — all in one place, sorted by date. On a public holiday check-in is blocked, but the day still counts as paid.

Vantiro works with a company account. If your company does not use Vantiro yet, sign up at vantiro.app and start a free 7-day trial. Employees are added by their administrator — they simply sign in.
