About this app

VastSigner is the electronic signature manager for those who have a VAST electronic signature. Sign PDFs with legal validity in Ecuador, send documents for signature, and track each signature in real time, all from your mobile phone.

LEGALLY VALID SIGNATURE
• Sign any PDF with your .p12 certificate, in PAdES format with a timestamp from an authority and revocation verification with the issuing entity.

• Sign one or multiple documents at once.

• Your certificate is stored securely on your phone, and each signature is authorized with your fingerprint. It never leaves the device.

SEND FOR SIGNATURE
• Invite one or more people, sequentially or simultaneously.

• The signer doesn't need the app: they receive an email, open the document in their browser, and sign with their own certificate from any accredited entity.

• See who opened the link, who signed, and whose turn it is next. We notify you instantly.

YOUR ENCRYPTED CLOUD
• 1 GB for your documents, end-to-end encrypted on your device: not even we can read them.

• Your documents on all your devices: phone, tablet, and computer.

AND MORE
• QR code verification: each signature includes a code to verify who signed, when, and that the copy is the original.

• Templates for Ecuador: contracts, minutes, and more, ready to fill out.

• Photograph paper documents and convert them to PDFs ready to sign.

• Open PDFs from Gmail, Drive, or Files with "Share › VastSigner".

IMPORTANT
VastSigner is exclusively for holders of a valid VAST electronic signature. Activate your account with your ID or RUC (tax ID number), and we'll send a link to the email address you registered with VAST.
