I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a critical issue I have encountered after the recent update of the Calculator Vault app. Previously, my password started with '0' followed by two digits, but since the update, I am unable to input '0' as a single-digit password. The app insists on having at least two digits before accepting '0' as part of the password. This has rendered me unable to access my important pictures stored in the app.

Please don't get this app!!! I ran out of storage on my phone so I got this app the be able to get more photo storage. Now I can't get in the app and have now lost hundreds on valuable photos and videos. I'm currently trying to get help from them to reset my password but no response yet. For anyone else locked out, hold down the = button to access your security question. That isn't working for me either but I could just have the wrong answer. Goodluck and I hope you'll get your pictures back too
