About this app
Vigifield is the electronic time and attendance system for companies with field personnel: construction, crews, maintenance, security, services, delivery, and route sales.
To use the app, you need a company account. Your administrator will register you using your email address.
TIME AND CHECK-INS THAT COUNT
• Clock in and out only at your work site, using GPS or an NFC tag.
• If location services are turned off or you are off-site, there is no clock-in.
• Each phone is linked to its assigned employee: no one can clock in for another from their account.
• Forgot your phone? A colleague can clock in for you using your photo, and your supervisor will confirm it.
YOUR WORKDAY, CLEAR AND CLEAR
• Check your hours, tardiness, and overtime whenever you want.
• Weekly limits and double and triple overtime pay are in accordance with the Federal Labor Law.
• Ready for the 40-hour workweek reform and mandatory electronic timekeeping starting in 2027.
DRIVERS AND DELIVERY
• Your daily route with all stops, in order.
• Tap your next stop and navigate with Google Maps or Waze.
• Delivery with photo, signature, and recipient's name; report any issues.
• Vehicle report: mileage, checklist, fuel, and damage.
• Works offline: everything is saved and uploaded when a connection is restored.
FOR SUPERVISORS AND ADMINISTRATORS
• Who is on-site in real time, from what time, and how they clocked in.
• Drivers on the map in real time during their route.
• Export the log, verify that no one has altered it, and review clock-ins with photos.
• Salespeople: customer visits and report forms, also available offline.
PRIVACY
• Your location is only recorded during working hours: with open access (employees and drivers) or during business hours (salespeople).
• Only administrators and supervisors at your company can see your data. There is no advertising or sale of data.
• You can delete your account from the app.
