You decide which sections it includes. You describe them in your own words, just like you would explain something to a colleague. Next time, Voxvaria will fill them in automatically. A separate template for every occasion, as many as you need.

This way, your team meeting becomes a meeting summary with tasks and decisions. Your lecture becomes a structured transcript with index cards. Your dictation becomes a draft, complete with file reference. And everything else becomes exactly what you created.

And your voice? It stays with you. The speech recognition runs directly on your device. No audio is uploaded, anywhere. Only the finished text is sent to the European Mistral AI for structuring, in compliance with GDPR. You don't need an account.
