"We provide the information on the cut-off points of the selectors for the last two years announced by the Seoul Metropolitan Government and the Gyeonggi-do Office (Special supply for the disabled in Seoul and special supply for the disabled in Gyeonggi-do) by sales area.
You can now predict the likelihood of a referral for sale by comparing an individual's score to an existing referral score.

Graph of change in cut-line by period/subscription area: based on the data disclosed by Seoul City Hall and Gyeonggi-do Office, the breakdown of cut-line change by period and sale area is visualized and provided. This allows you to know at what times and regions the sales recommendation scores are rising or falling.
2. Detailed cut-line information for each pre-sale house: Provides detailed cut-line information for the houses provided in each pre-sale area. This allows you to determine the cutoff for a particular house and the likelihood of a recommendation for that house.
3. Calculate my score and recommendation probability: Using our own algorithm, the individual's score and the existing recommendation score are compared to calculate the sale recommendation probability. This allows users to more accurately predict the likelihood of recommendations based on their scores and criteria.
4. Provision of sales price statistics for public announcements subject to special supply by region: Collect statistics on sales prices of public announcements provided on the websites of Seoul City Hall and Gyeonggi Provincial Office and provide them by region.
