Most todo apps hand you one flat list, and the work that matters sinks to the bottom of it. ToDoForce gives you one board for both halves of your day: a 2x2 grid that ranks every task by importance and urgency, and a calendar your family can share.

Every task lands in one of four Eisenhower quadrants, so you decide what matters before you decide what is next. A separate Keep Doing lane holds the recurring habits that never really finish. Drag a task anywhere the moment priorities change. An overdue task flags in place, in the quadrant you chose, instead of jumping somewhere else.
PICK YOUR MUST-DOS FOR THE DAY
Choose up to seven must-dos each morning and watch them close out. When yesterday's focus went unfinished, the app asks whether to carry it on or pick fresh, rather than letting it pile up unnoticed.
ONE CALENDAR FOR TASKS AND APPOINTMENTS
Every task with a due date lands on the calendar automatically. Add calendar-only events such as a dentist visit or a flight; they stay off your matrix and out of your statistics. Read the next 7 days, the next 20 events, or a month. Subscribe the whole calendar to Google, Apple, or Outlook through one private link.
SHARE THE CALENDAR WITH YOUR FAMILY (PRO)
One Pro plan covers a group of up to 5 people. Invite them by link or a 6-digit code, and everyone else stays on a free account and pays nothing.
Share an appointment with the people you choose, and every one of them gets the reminder. The notification names the event's own time zone, so a member in another country reads the right hour rather than a converted one. Attach up to 3 photos to a shared appointment: when your partner books the flight, the itinerary goes on the event itself, and the date, time and terminal stop being something you ask about twice.
ADD TASKS BY VOICE
Tap the mic and say one sentence in English or Chinese. "Email the supplier the quote by Friday, it's important" becomes a task with a title, a date and the correct quadrant. Voice capture and the reviews below run on Google's Gemini models. There is no setup and no API key.

Generate a report for any period and read a dashboard: your real top priority, how fast you close work, where the time went, how much backlog is building, and a concrete list of what to drop or delegate.
