About this app

PDP Manager Scolastico is the app for coordinating teachers, DSA/SEN coordinators, inclusion functions, and school principals who need to draft, manage, and archive Personalized Learning Plans quickly, efficiently, and in compliance with Italian regulations.

With an 8-step wizard, the app guides the user from selecting the appropriate regulatory framework to digital signature, generating a print-ready PDF or an editable Word file. Each step adapts to the selected PDP type, displaying only the relevant fields.

WHAT PDPs CAN YOU CREATE?
- PDPs for students with certified learning disabilities (LDs): dyslexia, dysorthographia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia (Law 170/2010, Ministerial Decree 5669/2011)
- PDPs for other certified SENs: ADHD, language impairment, dyspraxia/DCD, borderline cognitive impairment, and other clinical diagnoses
- PDPs for SENs not certified by resolution of the Class Council (Ministerial Decree 27/12/2012, Ministerial Circular No. 8/2013)
- PDPs for students with socioeconomic, linguistic, and cultural disadvantages, including newly arrived students (NAI)

WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH THE APP
- Fill in school, student, and family information in just a few taps
- Record the clinical diagnosis or the pedagogical rationale for the Class Council resolution
- Assess the student's performance profile (reading, writing, arithmetic, language) (foreign) with a 4-level star system, distinguishing between diagnosis data and classroom observations.
- Record observations of behaviors related to schoolwork.
- Select dispensatory measures and compensatory tools from predefined lists compliant with ministerial guidelines, with notes per subject.
- Define evaluation criteria and the educational agreement with families.
- Collect digital signatures from teachers, parents, principals, and specialists directly on the screen.
- Scan diagnoses and reports with the camera: flashlight, camera switch, multi-page capture.
- Export to PDF with ministerial layout or editable Word (.docx).
- Duplicate an existing PDP for the new school year with "Re-propose PDP," without re-entering data from scratch.
- Share documents via email, WhatsApp, Google Drive, or direct printing.
- Consult an integrated user manual, with examples and regulatory references.

Class coordinators, DSA and BES coordinators, inclusion function managers, school principals, and primary and secondary school education secretariats. A tool for the Class Council's daily work, for collectively drafting the PDP and maintaining it in the student's personal file.

Note: The app does not replace a specialist clinical assessment or the resolutions of the school's collegial bodies; it is a tool to support the completion, signing, and document management of the PDP, to be used in conjunction with the school's procedures.
