The main application of SisPeI is the management and inventory of fixed assets in public or private institutions, focusing on the automation of the physical control process and annual audit.

Problem to be Solved: The software aims to solve the problems of deficient control, disorganization, and lack of traceability of assets. Historically, inventory processes are manual, slow, susceptible to errors (due to duplication or omission of data), and hinder the rapid identification of the location and the legal representative for each asset, resulting in financial losses and non-compliance in audits.

Solution Presented: SisPeI offers a digital and centralized solution through a mobile application and a back-office system. The application allows the inventory committee to perform asset control directly at the asset's location (in the field), recording its status, location, and term of responsibility electronically and accurately. The system consolidates this data to generate management reports that provide a clear and traceable view of all asset movements and current asset status.
