T&G Recognizes You is a platform created to strengthen our organizational culture through timely, personal, and transparent recognition, because we understand that people are at the heart of every achievement, every challenge, and every step forward we build together.

It's quick and easy to use. By logging in with your corporate email, simply select the name of the person you wish to recognize, choose whether they belong in the Values ​​or Profile category, write a brief description of the reason for the recognition, upload a photo, and submit. The Communications department will then share it with the entire company.
