About this app
Website Manager puts your organization's website in your pocket.
If your website was built and is hosted by us, this app signs you in to it and lets you keep it up to date from anywhere — without opening a laptop.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Answer your enquiries. Every message left on your website's contact form arrives here, with the sender's number and email ready to call or reply to. Unread ones are counted on the home screen, so nobody waits three days for an answer.
• Publish notices, news and blog posts. Write a holiday notice on the bus and have it live before you reach the office.
• Edit your pages. Change the wording, publish or unpublish a page, and edit any section on it — banners, staff lists, galleries, fee tables, timings. The sections come from your own website's design, so anything your site can show, the app can edit.
• Add photographs. Upload straight from your phone to your website's picture library, then name and describe them.
• Manage your menus. Add, rename, reorder, nest and hide the links in your navigation and footer.
• See how busy your website is. Visitor and page-view figures for the last seven days.
• Stay on top of billing. See your plan, your current invoice and anything outstanding. Pay by UPI in a single tap, or download the invoice as a PDF and share it with whoever approves it.

• Sign in once.
• Look after more than one website from a single account and switch between them in two taps.
• Your role decides what you see. Somebody who may only post notices sees notices, not a panel full of buttons they are not allowed to press.
• Weak signal is expected, not an edge case. Figures you have already seen stay readable when you are offline, and are always labelled with when they were last fetched — a stale number never pretends to be a live one. Nothing is ever saved half-finished.
WHAT YOU NEED BEFORE YOU DOWNLOAD
This app is a companion to a website that we built and host for you. To sign in you will need your website code and the login your website administrator gave you.
It is not a website builder on its own. If you do not already have one of our websites, there is nothing here for you to sign in to.
PRIVACY
No advertisements. No third-party tracking, analytics or crash-reporting libraries of any kind. No access to your location or your contacts. Nothing sold to anybody, ever.
The app talks to your own website and to nowhere else.
