Nice job shift sending application, but I need help dealing with the bugs that constantly shut this down all the time.

Over a year and 1 job. I'm in DC area, I get gigs in Chicago, NY, nothing anywhere near me. A total waste of time completing profile. I'm not sure why they are recruiting in DC IF THEY HAVE NO JOBS TO OFFER. I keep getting a message to "be patient." It's been WELL over a year ,so what EXACTLY am I waiting for? 1 job in a year? GTFOOH! I'm not sure who the employer is. the app is workstaff and they have linked me to 1 job in 18 months.

I would like to know what would be the reason for the app to stuck at the workstaff logo when opening and it wouldn't open at all. Using ANDROID : VERSION 8.1 Please assist at your soonest, Thank you.
