The idea is brilliant, a much needed service in Palestine. The application could be improved, specially when navigating backwards and forward, I end up losing where I was. overall the service is great, they're quite fast and it is very convenient to be able to order food from an application and not have to worry about explaining where I live. they have their own delivery drivers, and now they know my place and I'm enjoying the convenience of ordering from an app.

Untrustworthy misleading app in terms of the discounts they give , at first I had a 9 Nis discount on the total bill when I did the check out using a coupon offered from their side, however when the food was delivered the driver demanded the total amount before the discounted coupon and didn't hand the food until I payed in full, Wouldn't use again Edit : The customer service team was superb and contacted immediately to resolve the issue , they did issue a refund of 9 NIS to the walltet

the worst app to order food , just order your food directly from the restaurant without using this app delivery price is higher than the direct orders , prices on app change after you place your order and wait more than hour they will call you and tell you prices changed , they make a lot of calls to modify the order , the worst management you could ever see
