The idea is brilliant, a much needed service in Palestine. The application could be improved, specially when navigating backwards and forward, I end up losing where I was. overall the service is great, they're quite fast and it is very convenient to be able to order food from an application and not have to worry about explaining where I live. they have their own delivery drivers, and now they know my place and I'm enjoying the convenience of ordering from an app.

Untrustworthy misleading app in terms of the discounts they give , at first I had a 9 Nis discount on the total bill when I did the check out using a coupon offered from their side, however when the food was delivered the driver demanded the total amount before the discounted coupon and didn't hand the food until I payed in full, Wouldn't use again Edit : The customer service team was superb and contacted immediately to resolve the issue , they did issue a refund of 9 NIS to the walltet

the worst app ever! you give them all details and instructions to avoid them calling you however you end up receiving 7 calls for a simple order !! I would have called the restaurant directly then ! and the order wasn't what I had asked for. this is my 3rd order through them and the first two times I had similar bad experience but I was like another chance. it's on me not them because obviously there's no hope in improvement.
