ZenSenior is an application designed to support elderly individuals, people with cognitive disorders or Alzheimer’s disease, as well as their families and caregivers in their daily lives.

FOR THE USER
• Clean, reassuring, and easy-to-use interface with large, colorful buttons
• Animated character dressed daily according to the weather and season
• Date, first name, and age displayed prominently to help with time orientation
• Always-visible emergency button to instantly contact emergency services, a legal representative, or a caregiver
• Direct call to loved ones with a single click
• If the person cannot find their way, a single click launches GPS navigation to the home address saved in the application
• Countdown to upcoming nursing visits to reassure the user and visually confirm past and upcoming visits

FOR FAMILIES AND CAREGIVERS
• Full configuration via a secure PIN-protected menu
• Customizable family contacts with photos
• Option to add a legal representative as a priority contact
• Management of 1 to 4 nursing visit time slots
• Automatic weekly or monthly reports via email (if one or two addresses are provided)
• Prescription renewal alert with instant email notification to the family
• Available in 5 languages: French, English, Spanish, German, and Italian

FOR NURSES
• Dedicated module protected by a PIN code separate from the settings
• Recording of each visit with the patient’s mood
• Public note shared with the family and private note visible only to healthcare professionals
• Notification of prescription renewal needs with automatic email sent to the family
• Ability to request an urgent medical consultation or report any situation requiring immediate attention
