A fantastic mod & chiptune player. You can play from your device or access several different archives (HVSC, AMP, AYGOR, Mod Archive, joshw, and more). My only complaint is that Modland does not load any tracks at all. I think this has to do with the exotica mirror being down(?). I can't access it on PC either. The Amigascne mirror works though (or just use the main server), but I can't change that manually (or don't know how). Fav track: diamond meditation
ZXTune Oh wow where do I begin? Sid, mod, it, ahx +++ all inside one app, plus a great UI, and connection to all the major mod databases. Search function is a bit hit and miss but who cares, I'm in heaven! 11/10 Pink - Inside.ahx FTW!! Edit: any chance of uade so I can blast out batman?
Best chiptune app I've found so far! It supports many formats like amiga, NES, SNES, C64, gameboy, and too many more to list! It includes an online catalog, so you can find music without the hassle of online searches! In a previous version of the review I asked for a shuffle playlist mode, and the next day, the developer responds telling me how to do it! Great support! I want export to .Wav option though. The developer responded (in under 2 hrs) and said I can set as ringtone, but gives MIME error. Can I send a log? Can use ADB...
The Best Chiptunes Player. Great UI! Only 2 small features keep this from being perfect for me: (1) better options to decide when to end the tune (e.g. silence detection, number of loops) (2) fading out at the end of the track. The interface and the emulation is spot on!
good player but no download ability can browse and play many tunes from online libraries and obviously downloads them to play but provides no option to save the tracks to local file or method to find the cached tracks
Pretty damn sweet, but it doesn't play GBA (minigsf) files, which is disappointing as I love GBA games. Maybe it's just my tablet? I'm using an Acer-brand one.
