Calculate the civil damages of the person investigated for the offense of Driving in the State of Drunkenness easily only by entering the degree of Alcohol and the percentage to be applied (according to the reference table) and you will obtain the result instantly.
This application allows to easily calculate the civil compensation in the commission of the offense of Driving in a state of intoxication or drug addiction (Article 274 of the Peruvian Penal Code), for the application of the Opportunity Principle. Based on the benchmark table approved by Resolution of the Office of the Prosecutor of the Nation 2508-2013-MP-FN, published in the official gazette El Peruano on August 30, 2013, incorporated into the Regulations for the Application of the Principle of Opportunity -Resolution of the Prosecutor's Office of the Nation 1470-2005-MP-FN.
