BankProfit 💶 is a joint project by Dr. Christian Sievi (financial modeling and business management requirements)

The download of interest rates 📈📉 from the Deutsche Bundesbank (call money, 1-month, 3-month, 6-month, 1- to 20-year terms) and the calculation after changing the input data for loans are now automatic, without the need to manually initiate a button 😎👍🏻
With the help of the BankProfit 💶 app, the user is able to determine and compare the bank's returns 🏦💰 for a loan offer (interest, repayment, remaining balance, margin in € and % p.a., costs, and profit before and after costs) using the present value market interest rate method, incorporating the current interest rate structure 📈📉 of the Deutsche Bundesbank as a neutral benchmark. 🔎🗒️
BankProfit 💶 is a comparison program for customers! It is based on uniformly set assumptions and uniformly assumed flat-rate cost structures. It is not suitable for use in banks' calculations.
