With the help of the SparProfit💰 app, the user determines their final assets, interest, applicable taxes, and the return on their one-time investment 💶 (fixed-term deposit).
The input parameters – investment date, investment amount, interest rate, term (1 to 240 months), interest payment date, interest method (interest payment or interest credit = compound interest), as well as tax requirements such as the 25% withholding tax levied by the bank 🏦 or a personal tax rate and, if applicable, church tax ⛪ – determine the capital assets at the end of the term.
In addition to a one-time investment 💶, regular savings installments 🪙 (amount, date of the first installment, and interval between installments) can also be entered (savings plans) and included in the calculations (including optional tax consideration).
In addition to interest, return, taxes, and final assets, the bank's return (margin in € and % p.a.) is also shown using the present value market interest rate method, taking into account the current interest rate structure 📈📉 of the Deutsche Bundesbank as a neutral benchmark.
This allows the bank customer to exert greater influence on the terms (interest rate, interest calculation terms, term) based on their personal tax situation with the bank, which can certainly lead to a higher final asset value and return at the end of the term.
A detailed account plan with all investment input data, as well as interest days, interest and tax amounts, capital balances by date, and the bank's margin statement at the time of the offer according to the applicable interest rate structure, provides a detailed overview throughout the entire fixed interest period.
Completed calculations can be saved in an archive 🗃️ under a user-selected name (with important calculation parameters automatically added) 💾 and opened directly 📂 at a later date.
In addition, SparProfit💰 allows you to share the account plan and interest rate structure separately and completely in HTML (for web browsers 🌍) and CSV formats for spreadsheets 🧮 (Excel, LibreCalc, etc.) or word processing 📝 for further editing/viewing 📤, save them locally as a file 💾, or send them by email 📧. This way, the complete calculation can also be made accessible to other people or your bank (transparency of the calculations performed).
🌟Highlights of the SparProfit app💰:
▪️Comparison program for customers 😉
▪️Calculation basis: Interest rate structure 📈📉 of the Deutsche Bundesbank for Pfandbriefe as of the bank's offer date
▪️Calculation of margin present value and interest margin 🧮
▪️Set a default value ✏️ (interest rate, interest, final capital, and margin present value), which is the result of a calculation. For example, if the final capital is specified, the required interest rate is adjusted to result in this final capital.
= Principle of interchangeable solutions 😉
▪️Tips for improving the offering 📝
▪️Day-accurate 📅 Investment Plan 📊 with detailed proof of profit calculation 💰💸
▪️Save 💾, load 📂 to archive🗄️, and share 📤 the investment calculations or in HTML and CSV format for printing or as proof to your bank as a basis for negotiating better investment terms (higher interest rates)
