The application offers the prayer of the Way of the Cross.
The Via Crucis (from the Latin, Way of the Cross - also called Via Dolorosa) is a rite of the Catholic Church with which the painful journey of Jesus Christ as he heads towards the crucifixion on Golgotha is reconstructed and commemorated.
By participating in the Via Crucis, each disciple of Jesus must reaffirm their adherence to the Master: to mourn their sin like Peter; to open up, like the Good Thief, to faith in Jesus, the suffering Messiah; to remain near the Cross of Christ, like the Mother and the disciple, and there welcome with them the Word that saves, the Blood that purifies, the Spirit that gives life.
