In this post I will leave you a free solution that I have developed. Pal AndroidToWin is an efficient system that allows you to scan barcodes and QR codes from an Android device and send the data directly to a Windows server. It is composed of:

An Android application:
Scan QR and barcodes using the camera of your mobile phone or tablet
Sends scanned data (such as text, links, or custom information) to the Windows server specified by IP and port.
A server program in Windows
Receives data sent from the Android application.
It automatically displays them in the active field of the Windows system or in an application TextBox.
