This simple & Free App allows you to calculate CNC cutting parameters for milling operations (milling, drilling & tapping)
Calculations are based on the Surface feet per minute (SFPM or SFM) for common metals such aluminum, brass, copper, steel, stainless steel, etc.
The app Include a library for drill sizes (Letters, numbers, Fractions & metric sizes up to 1.0 in.)
The app allows you to search specific drill sizes, instead of reading a chart.
The tapping section allows you to calculate the drill size requirement for specific percentage of thread also it calculates feeds & RPM.
The drilling & milling calculator are based on carbide tool material that allows the user to calculate
Feeds, RPM, Horse power, material removal rate & spindle torque requirements.
