App Features:

Generates a filtered list of locations, quantities, codes, descriptions, and statuses of items checked and to be checked based on the shared spreadsheet.

Sends the codes, locations, and statuses of located items to the spreadsheet by scanning the barcode or QR code with your cell phone camera or using a USB reader.

Allows the entry of numbers with unreadable barcodes, as well as occurrences such as: damaged item, locked cabinet, private item.

Displays a list of missing items in each room, with access to the full description of each item, helping to identify items without asset tags and allowing them to be sent to the spreadsheet with configured statuses.

Informs when a scanned or entered code does not meet the standard configured in the spreadsheet, has already been sent to the spreadsheet, or is outside the specified location.
