Install Computer Launcher and set it as your default home app when prompted. You can switch back to your previous launcher at any time from your phone settings.

this app is does it's job it. looks like windows when you select landscape mode .but there is one catch . sometimes it can't hold your wallpaper. İt's pretty decent.

To be honest,bits not bad at all, even better than what's currently out there. it's the closest I've experienced to an Windows experience.
