Ratings and reviews

The app is completely broken and crashes instantly upon launch. I have fully uninstalled, cleared cache, and reinstalled it multiple times, but it refuses to open. The exact same loading failure is happening when trying to access the site on my PC, proving this is a major server-side database issue or account-level lock on my profile. Worse than the technical failure is their pathetic customer support. I called their helpline and the agent completely refused to help or escalate the issue.

Guidely is a very useful and user-friendly learning app. The content is well-structured, easy to understand, and especially helpful for competitive exam preparation. The mock tests, study materials, and practice questions are of good quality and help improve knowledge and confidence. Overall, it is a great platform for students who want to prepare effectively and achieve their goals. Highly recommended!

Worst app I have ever used. I have purchased the platinum mock. After that I logged into their website on my pc but didn't get the OTP to login. I also shared the screen recording to their support team but they do not respond to my query. The technical team is really pathetic
