This is my first time doing easy buy and I must say it's not a good first experience. I already paid for the first installment way before the due date just for my phone to get locked. I've tried to login into the app several times, download the latest apk version, which I've still not found and no progress. There's no number for help for customer service as well. How on earth do I even unlock the phone????

Zero customer service I paid 4 times in a month and there was a glitch on their system,I called and called and texted there was no reply whatsoever The number for their customer service the holders are very horrible they switch off the phone during working hours you would call and get no response no feedback whatsoever

Very poor customer service, if you can see this change all your customers care staff, very not pleasant experience, I made payment since 3 days till now my phone is lock, I called not answer, I can never recommend this app, I bought a phone of 112000, I pay almost 200k, easy buy are literally the best in that case
