About this app

Chicho is a free app for lost pets in Argentina. If your dog or cat is lost, or if you found one in the street, you can post a notification in less than a minute and it will reach your neighbors: the people who might have it right in front of them.

🐾 Lost your pet? Tap "Lost," upload up to 3 photos, describe your pet, and mark where you last saw it. The notification will appear on the map and reach people near you. You can also download a flyer with a QR code to post in your neighborhood.

🐾 Found a pet? Tap "Found." This works the same if you saw it walking down the street or if you picked it up and have it with you; you can mark it as "in transit." Reporting where you saw a lost dog or cat makes all the difference: you don't have to rescue it to help.

- Report a lost or found pet with up to 3 photos, a description, and location
- Receive notifications when an alert appears near you
- View a map of your area with alerts and sightings, with pins by status and species
- Photo recognition: suggests lost pets similar to the one you found
- Filter by All, Lost, Found, and Home Alone
- Download a flyer with a QR code ready to print
- Share the alert so more people can see it

📍 Where it works
Chicho is already operating in cities in Entre Ríos, Córdoba, Neuquén, and Buenos Aires, and is adding locations all the time. Is your area not listed? Write to us and we'll add it.

💜 The network that looks after your neighborhood
You don't have to wait until yours is lost to install it. The more of us there are, the more watchful eyes there are, and the faster each lost pet returns home. There have already been more than 46 reunions.
