About this app

Gasto is a simple app for your personal finances: you log what comes in and what goes out, and you see clearly where your money goes each month.

It does not connect to your bank and never asks for your passwords: you enter every transaction yourself, in seconds.

THE BASICS, DONE RIGHT
• Log expenses and income with category, account, tags and notes.
• Read reports by month and by category to understand your habits.
• Enter the expenses that repeat (rent, utilities, subscriptions) once and they show up on their own every month.
• Search and filter any transaction by date, category, account or payment method.

BUDGETS THAT WARN YOU
• Set a monthly limit, and one per category too.
• Follow how much you have spent and how much is left.
• Get a heads-up when you are getting close to the limit, before you go over.

• Create goals with their amount and their target date.

What’s new

• Every amount now shows its currency: pesos and dollars no longer look alike.
• Confirming an incoming payment opens a screen to adjust the date and amount, just like paying.
• New section at the top of Transactions with what's due today.
• Invite someone with a QR code or a share link.
• The back button closes the open dialog instead of leaving the app.
• New icon, splash screen and logo.
