GestiAr is the management platform for Argentine SMEs that brings together your entire daily business workflow in one place, designed for easy use from your mobile phone.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• AI-powered invoices: Your supplier invoices arrive via email, WhatsApp, Telegram, or Mercado Libre, and artificial intelligence reads them, extracts tax information (CUIT, type, amounts, VAT, withholdings, CAE), and prepares them for review and approval.

• Cash management and treasury: Cash transactions by category, transfers between cash registers (even between currencies), payment orders with withholdings, and supplier accounts.

• Inventory and production: Product catalog with presentations and price lists, production recipes, orders with daily progress reports, and merchandise receipts from purchases.

• Orders and deliveries: Customer orders with prices and delivery dates, order generation by salesperson, expense reports with payment methods, and customer accounts with payments that go directly into a cash register.

• HR: Employee files with documents and deadlines, pay stubs automatically sent via Telegram, and employee signature confirmation directly from the app.

Each user sees only what they are authorized to see: roles and permissions configurable by organization, multiple companies within the same group, and audit trail of all activities.
